The sun has been shining and spring produce is in abundance, so it's time for us to return to our Seasonal Supper Club! We're thrilled to be back at it in our studio space at 95 Yesler.
Situated in a historical building in Pioneer Square, the night begins with a signature cocktail paired with small bites to whet your appetite. Next, an intimate four course dinner created by our Chef JJ Proville, is paired with wine and followed with a light dessert.
We founded Supper Club based on our love of food, and the magic that happens when you bring together friends and strangers to dine together - bright conversations, new relationships, and a memorable experience always seem to follow.

Hailing from Los Angeles via France, Montreal, and New York, Chef JJ Proville, has a penchant for beautiful farmer's market produce, bold, rustic flavors and natural presentation. A James Beard award winner, he cooked at Manhattan's beloved Gramercy Tavern and Fort Defiance, Brooklyn's finest cocktail bar, before moving to Seattle and finding a home at Il Corvo, serving up some of the best pasta in the city.
As Founder and Creative Director of the lifestyle company, coco+kelley Cassandra LaValle acts as a producer and stylist for her own blog as well as clients in the interior, fashion and entertaining industries across the country. She is the daughter of a restauranteur, making her a natural hostess in and out of the kitchen, and she stays true to her West Coast and Italian roots with a classic-meets-casual approach to entertaining.
