Situated in the coco+kelley studios, a historical loft in Pioneer Square, the evening will begin with our signature cocktails and small bites, followed by an intimate three course dinner paired with wine, followed by dessert.

Hailing from Los Angeles via France, Montreal, and New York, Chef JJ Proville, has a penchant for beautiful farmer's market produce, bold, rustic flavors and natural presentation. A James Beard award winner, he cooked at Manhattan's beloved Gramercy Tavern and Fort Defiance, Brooklyn's finest cocktail bar, before moving to Seattle and finding a home at Il Corvo, serving up some of the best pasta in the city.
As Founder and Creative Director of the lifestyle company, coco+kelley Cassandra LaValle acts as a producer and stylist for her own blog as well as clients in the interior, fashion and entertaining industries across the country. She is the daughter of a restauranteur, making her a natural hostess in and out of the kitchen, and she stays true to her West Coast and Italian roots with a classic-meets-casual approach to entertaining.
